HR consultant? You do great work. Can you prove it? | CEO at Wenite | PhD in Psychology
An early advisors told us to pick one type of HR consultant and ignore the other.
Serve the small, operationally overwhelmed ones, or serve the bigger firms chasing consistency and innovation. Not both, they said. Different problems need different products.
We ignored them for almost a year, tried to build one thing for everyone, and watched both segments feel half served.
They were half right.
You cannot solve both problems with one feature. You can solve both with one platform that flexes.
That took us far longer to learn than it should have. But today we have exactly the flexibility that is needed to serve both.
