Every team pulled from the same systems, but they all came back with different numbers. No one was technically wrong and no one could fully trust what they had either.
That was the reality for a multi-brand hotel group running a lean, centralised revenue team across a fast-growing portfolio of properties.
"It wasn't that the data was incorrect," their revenue manager told us. "But everyone had their own version of it. That's where the problem was."
There were no daily booking snapshots, no reliable way to compare year over year, and no shared benchmark to point to when it was time to make a call. Instead, every week disappeared into reconciling numbers before anyone could even get to strategy.
Since partnering with Juyo:
— They have one dataset that the whole business now treats as the reference point
— Reporting inconsistencies dropped, and hours of manual validation disappeared from weekly workflows
— Meetings shifted from "what's happening?" to "what do we do next?"
— Clearer visibility into channels supported stronger direct booking performance
— Sharper segmentation insight sharpened marketing targeting too
"The process became smoother, quicker, and more efficient, because everyone was looking at the same data."
They didn't change their strategy overnight, they changed the foundation underneath it.
