𝟭𝟰 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹: 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗨 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆. Before DIGISET closes this summer, it delivered its most lasting output: the D5.2 Policy Recommendations, submitted to the European Commission in June — with CollectiveUP proud to have represented them at the Diesis Network fireside chat in July. 𝗔 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲: ✅ A dedicated social-economy focal point in EU digital policymaking (DG CNECT) ✅ Harmonised definitions of the social economy across member states — so support actually reaches it ✅ Maturity-based support pathways instead of one-size-fits-all digitalisation ✅ AI literacy designed FOR the social and solidarity economy, not adapted to it as an afterthought ✅ Social economy organisations as digital intermediaries for their communities ✅ Digital Commons and EuroStack: reducing dependency on big proprietary platforms ✅ Data & AI governance and mutualised cybersecurity for mission-driven organisations Policy documents only matter if someone carries them forward.
