At Cloudar not every workday looks the same!
Besides my daily focus in the AWS ecosystem, I have a side role on the owners' board of Landal park Landal Het Vennenbos, which occasionally means a meeting on location. Today I combined the two and set up my workspace at the Parc Plaza for the day. :-)
And the cool thing is, there is a very relevant link between holiday parks, the leasure industry and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Quite a few leisure companies, as well as the leading booking platforms and point of sale solutions used in the industry of leisure and hospitality, have built their digital assets on AWS.
What excites me most, being here today at this location, is what's ahead: AI is already reshaping the booking process today, and the guest experience during a stay will change further through AI as well.
Do you already have a booking advisor agent in your platform, MobileApp and/or is your online platform reachable from AI like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude?
