Everyone knows it. Almost nobody works it properly.
My first attempt failed, and the way it failed taught me the rest.
Version 1: a recycler that pushed dormant deals straight into the reps' Slack. Clean logic, right accounts, zero uptake. Those leads were never hot enough to justify interrupting a rep's day.
I had automated a handoff nobody wanted.

Version 2 runs as four Lemlist sequences against closed lost, split by loss reason instead of by date:
1. Lost on price. Wait for a pricing or packaging change, then lead with that.
2. Lost to a competitor. Wait for their renewal window, roughly 10 to 12 months out.
3. Lost on timing. The easiest cohort, and the one most teams never separate out.
4. Lost on no decision. Usually a champion problem. Go find a new champion.
A rep only sees the deal after someone replies. The sequence warms, the human closes.
Two things I would tell anyone starting this.
Your loss reasons have to be usable. If "other" is 40% of your closed lost, fix that field first, because the whole play runs on it.
And resist blasting the full list. A cohort of 80 with the right reason beats 900 sorted by date.

๐?
A structured recycle sequence, a reminder task the rep snoozes forever, or nothing at all?
