I DON'T WANT every useful analytical answer to look like a Luzmo dashboard.
Strange thing to say as Luzmo's CEO. But sometimes the right answer is a custom visualization, a generated report, a table in Slack, or a format nobody designed in advance. Forcing every answer into a pre-existing chart library limits what the user can even ask.
So the chart is not the product. The chart is the easy part.
The hard part is everything the answer depends on. That the number means what your company says it means. That the user only sees the rows they're allowed to see. That they can open it up and check where it came from. That they can share it and the next person gets the same result. That a good answer becomes company knowledge instead of dying in a thread. And that when it's wrong, someone can check, fix, add the context once, so the same mistake doesn't get served to everyone else.
That is what we build. The artifact on top can be anything.
The artifact can be flexible. The trust, the governance and the shared meaning behind it cannot.
That distinction gets more important as AI generates an unlimited number of possible outputs. Anyone can produce a chart now. Very few can tell you whether to believe it.
