I only need 30 minutes to guess which chains will be opening new locations and which will be closing locations in the coming year
I've now watched hundreds of chains see their guest feedback data live for the first time. The same data that makes one chain better makes another chain defensive.
The first group sees lessons, opportunities and actions. They start building before I've finished talking. They know their restaurants well enough to turn numbers into a story: "This explains why this location is struggling.", "We need to train this team on this.", "This is correlated with that.".
They see lessons, opportunities and actions.
They immediately want to put it to work, and know how to.
For them, the numbers don't lie.
The second group asks, "so what are we supposed to do with this data?".
Or they explain it away. "People only leave reviews when they're unhappy.", "I already know that manager is weak."
That last one always gets me. You knew, and you did nothing. Now you have proof, know what to work and how to train him.
Feedelity surfaces specific staff members that are being praised by guests. The first group sees an opportunity to create a spill-over effect "HQ needs to talk to this person and spread whatever they're doing." The other doesn't care "I don't know that employee."
Same information. Completely different companies.
Feedelity turns the data into the story automatically. Every location gets its own account, its own alerts, its own personalized insights. In plain language, as concrete tasks, in front of the people who can actually act on them. No data engineer required.
It's the thing we hear most often: Feedelity informs and motivates the whole organisation to keep improving the guest satisfaction. That works even for chains that had no idea where to start.
Because the goal was never to give restaurant chains more data.
It's to make them better at running restaurants.
