After three years of collaboration, innovation, and dedication, the EDDIE Final Conference brought together partners, policymakers, industry representatives, and energy experts in Brussels to reflect on what we have achieved together 💚
EDDIE has demonstrated that trusted, interoperable, and cross-border energy data exchange is not only possible—it is essential for Europe's energy transition. Throughout the event, project partners showcased key results, including innovative solutions for secure data sharing, user consent management, interoperability frameworks, and real-world demonstrations enabling new digital energy services. The discussions highlighted the crucial role of energy data spaces in creating a more flexible, resilient, and consumer-centric energy ecosystem.
One of the strongest messages from the conference was clear: the challenge is no longer technology alone. Unlocking the full value of energy data requires collaboration, common standards, governance frameworks, and a shared commitment across sectors and borders.
A huge thank you to all our project partners, the European Commission, stakeholders, and everyone who contributed to making EDDIE a success 💐
Thank you for being part of the journey 🤝
