Overview

BePark operates and commercialises off-street parking in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. It was set up in 2011 by three Belgians, among them Julien Vandeleene, and opened its service in 2012 in Antwerp, Brussels, Sint-Truiden, Bruges and Liege with just under 1,000 spaces. Drivers book by the month or by the hour and day through an app that opens barriers without a badge or ticket, with subscriptions advertised from 39 euros per month. Alongside the consumer offer, the company sells parking management to employers and building owners, installs electric vehicle charging, and provides bike and motorcycle parking. Named customers include Capgemini, Orange, Delhaize, Cofinimmo, Pathe, P&V, Marsh and Marriott. For 2020 it reported revenue of 7,265,000 euros across 442 car parks and more than 13,700 spaces, with 54 employees. In September 2022 it formed Electra Belux, a joint venture with the French fast-charging company Electra, targeting 1,500 charging points by 2030. Its head office is at Rue du Mail 50 in Brussels, with a second office in Paris.
