Overview

Betuned is a Belgian HR tech company founded in 2019 by Amélie Alleman, who had worked for over 17 years as a head-hunter and had previously co-founded Akros Solutions and founded Akros Europe, both sold to a large Belgian consulting firm. The company was incorporated as Betuned SRL on 12 July 2019 and launched commercially at the end of 2019 with a personal investment of about 80,000 euros. Six months in, it had a team of 6 and about twenty clients, working from the Silversquare coworking space at Place Stéphanie in Brussels. It also runs a blog, an HR newsletter and the WIP Club podcast. Clients named include The Huggy's Bar and Leonidas. The business evolved from a service agency into a product company with two SaaS products, career site creation and an applicant tracking system. Betuned and Jobloom share addresses in Uccle and Louvain-la-Neuve. Betuned is a member of software.brussels and joined the Boost programme of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles.
