Overview
Bringme builds digital reception and digital concierge systems that take over the work of a staffed front desk in offices and residential buildings. The range covers the Bringme Box, an automated parcel locker; the Bringme Parcel Room, an autonomous delivery point; the Bringme Desk for visitor registration; the Bringme Bell for digital access management; and the Bringme App, which handles employee attendance, availability, time registration and incident reporting. The company also sells IT service desk and asset management modules. A concept for a smart home delivery box appeared in a vision book Vandebergh published in 2006. The first custom lockers were installed in 2012 in the Balk van Beel residential building, a pilot with new hardware and the Bringme app ran in Leuven in 2015, and the Last Inch Operating System followed in 2016. Headquarters is at Bondgenotenlaan 138 in Leuven, with offices in London and Breda. Bringme sells in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom and Germany, and works with RICOH and Schindler as partners. Named customers include KPMG, Nestlé, HP, Samsung, Nike, Honda, Siemens, KBC, UZ Leuven and KU Leuven. Vandebergh runs the company under the title Chief Enabling Officer; Liesbet Creemers is Chief Operating Officer.

With hundreds of parcels arriving, the concierge couldn’t keep up, and residents were the ones left waiting. The fix sits quietly in the lobby: the Bringme Box. Couriers deliver straight into it,
