- On Tuesday, everyone around the table received an envelope. Inside was something they had written themselves a few months ago. During our previous Leadership Table, each lead had answered one question: What do I, specifically, bring to my team and to Movify? Alexandre Masy had taken those reflections, printed them, and turned them into personal letters. It was a thoughtful way to begin. Reading your own words back is surprisingly confronting. You realise very quickly whether those words still feel true. From there, we zoomed out.
