Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Antwerp, SD Worx has evolved from a Belgian social secretariat into one of Europe's most significant HR and payroll technology platforms. The company serves employers of all sizes, from SMEs to multinationals, across payroll calculation, HR administration, workforce management, and HR analytics.

With over 8,000 employees and operations spanning more than 150 countries, SD Worx competes directly with ADP, Ceridian, and SAP SuccessFactors in the European market. The company has grown substantially through acquisitions, adding payroll capabilities in Germany, the UK, France, and other markets.

SD Worx is one of the largest employers in the Belgian technology-adjacent sector and a foundational institution of the country's HR services industry.
