Overview
Shirley Kempeneer is the Chief Operating Officer of Datamarinier, a role she has held since January 2021, and is based in Antwerp. She has been a chairholder at Antwerp Management School since December 2020 and an assistant professor at Tilburg University since January 2020.
She began at the University of Antwerp as a teaching assistant from 2013 to October 2015, and was a PhD fellow at the Universiteit Antwerpen from October 2015 to January 2020. She studied sociology at the University of Antwerp, completing a Bachelor of Science in 2012 and a Master of Science in 2013, and was at the Netherlands Institute of Governance from 2014 to 2016.
