Overview
Logghe worked at ML6, an AI company in Ghent, before starting his own company. At the end of 2024 he co-founded Adomate with Lucas Desard, who also worked at ML6, and took the CEO role. ML6 later became an investor in Adomate through its €1.4 million round of June 2026.
Simon Logghe is the CEO and co-founder of Adomate, an ad creation data platform based in Ghent. He founded the company at the end of 2024 together with Lucas Desard, who serves as CTO. Both founders previously worked at ML6, an AI company in Ghent. Adomate builds software that lets marketing teams turn performance data, competitor ads, and consumer signals into social media ad creatives through workflows they build and own. The platform pulls data from sources such as the Meta Ad Library, Meta Ad Manager, Trustpilot, and Amazon reviews, and publishes directly to Meta. It targets e-commerce businesses, consumer brands, and direct-to-consumer companies. The company serves more than fifty customers, including Loop Earplugs, employs ten people, and operates from the Wintercircus building in Ghent. In June 2026 Adomate raised €1.4 million in venture capital from Angelwise, RDY Ventures, and Seeder Fund, with participation from ML6 and business angels Jo Deblaere, Jeroen De Wit, Willem Dumon, Johnny Kegels, and Stefan Tournoy. The round funds international expansion, hiring in product, technology and sales, a Reddit integration, and tools for working with content creators. Adomate won the Start it@KBC Rising Star Award and reached first place as Product of the Day on Product Hunt on 27 July 2026.

- I think Adomate is definitely the best static ads generator I've tested." That line came in an email from one of our customers last week. He's an experienced US marketer with a YouTube channel on AI and marketing. Testing every new tool in this space is part of his job. So this one really means something to us. Honestly, we didn't see it coming. There are hundreds of AI ad generators out there. We never set out to win on image quality alone. We put our energy into everything that comes before designing the ad, because that's what
- AI ads perform worse than human ads, even when consumers can't tell them apart." That's the headline from the Ipsos and Syracuse University study by Adam Peruta that Harvard Business Review covered. It's travelling fast, so I read the full study. It's well built. 3,000 US consumers. Ten human-made video ads against ten AI counterparts made with Gemini and Sora 2. The results are real. Only about a quarter of viewers were even somewhat confident an AI ad was AI-made. Yet human ads still scored around 14% stronger on

- OpenAI shipped ChatGPT Images 2.5 yesterday. If you make creative ads for a living, this is a bigger deal than the version number suggests. Three things stand out: Product fidelity. The model holds on to what is actually in your reference image. Same bottle, same label, same shape. Texture and lighting. Output reads less like a render and more like a photo. Editing. You can change one element without the rest of the frame quietly drifting. That is the difference between a usable asset and a nice demo. For scale: OpenAI says more than
- A founder told me last week that AI now runs his creative process end to end. I asked what it optimizes against. Long pause. That pause is the whole story. Generating 200 ad variants is trivial now. It costs almost nothing. What's hard is knowing which hook worked, why it worked, and what to make next. That still runs on judgement, not prompts. So no, the marketing team isn't disappearing. But the work inside it is being rearranged. Less time on production. More time on the decision layer: Which angle to test, and against which
- AI can now handle 80 to 90 percent of the work of making a visual. That last 10 to 20 percent is exactly where it gets interesting. I came across this article (link in comments 👇 ) from Tine Reynaers on how far AI image generation has come for advertising. The progress is impressive. But an image can be technically perfect and still feel slightly off-brand. The brand elements aren't quite right. The fonts and colors still look a little off. We ran an AI ad agency so lived this day in, day out. In many cases, human finishing is
