- It seems like the job market needs a completely different skill set vs 9–12 months ago. Claude, GPTs, APIs, integrations, MCPs, and the flexibility to pick up skills that weren't a "real" priority a year ago in non-engineering roles now determine how fast you ramp and how far you get in the roles you take on. Two people, same role, same experience on paper. One is productive in two weeks, the other in three months. The difference isn't seniority anymore. It's whether they hit a problem in their own work and build a fix, or wait
- Deal size is a retention strategy, so is multi-year commitment. Our average new business deal grew 21% over the last two years. Not because we got greedy, but because we kept looking at who was still there twelve months later. The pattern is boring and consistent. Renewals under €5K churn almost 4x more often than deals above €10K, with the €5–10K band in between at roughly 2x. Same product, more personalised service at the top end, and probably more commitment going in. The difference isn't the product. A €2K deal is usually one
- From 2% to 12%. Same team, same script, same dial motion. 6x results. I sat down with an outbound team in the Netherlands (customer) last week. A year ago, 100 cold calls got them about 2 meetings with Bizzy. Today it's 12, with weeks hitting 18. Nothing changed about how they call. Everything changed about who ends up on the call list. That list isn't built by hand anymore. The Bizzy Agent runs in the background every day and delivers companies that are actually moving: hiring, expanding, sitting on the website, with the right
- A customer churned this quarter, and the reason in our log is that Claude gives them the same results. Not the only one thinking it either. Model quality is not where we win and never will be. We are not going to out-model Anthropic or OpenAI. What we did get wrong is that we made people choose. Back then it was either work in Bizzy or work in Claude. We didn't have our MCP yet, so for that customer the choice was real, and they made it. Now our data sits inside Claude. It's in private beta and the early feedback is good, Jorik Van
- 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 = 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐲 = 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 = 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 As everybody in Belgium is going back to their ‘normal’ life, I’ll try to get back to posting. My last post here was a while ago, a lot has changed since then, let’s call it start/scaleup life. Since then my main occupation has been our customers, we did a pretty shitty launch where we redesigned our whole platform and made our customers switch overnight. For them it felt like your cleaning person reorganising your
- Nobody likes logging into a partner portal. Not vendors. Not partners. Nobody. The team at introw.io just decided to stop pretending we do. Today they launch 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁: headless partner collaboration. Everyone stays where they already work: → In their AI interface → In their communication tools → In their CRM No portal. No extra login. No "please check the dashboard." More adoption. More revenue. Zero friction. That makes Introw the first PRM loved by vendors AND partners. Congrats on the launch, Andreas and team.
- A company has 200 employees. You sell to 3 of them. Yet every data tool hands you the full list and wishes you luck. We just shipped 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 to fix that. Tell Bizzy once who you sell to: → Your company and what you offer → Your role → Your buyer personas, ranked by priority From then on, every company page highlights the people that match. On the overview, in your lists, everywhere you see contacts. Works across languages. And the full contact list stays one click away. Set it up once in the
- 𝐀𝐈 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭." Inside the Growth Engine, the new podcast by Stretch Innovation on Commercial Growth Engines came to the Bizzy office for an in-depth conversation. No filter, no buzzwords. What we got into: → Why most AI in sales still feels like a gimmick (the tech is ready, the context isn't) → How sales & marketing automations give reps their time back The episode (in Dutch) is live now on Spotify and YouTube: links in the comments. Car ride ahead? Enjoy the talk :). Thanks Stijn van Daele,
