Overview
Founded by Steve Declercq, Hendrik Keeris, and Nicolas Van Eenaeme in Ghent, Bizzy builds an AI-powered prospecting platform that aggregates company data, financial signals, and hiring patterns to surface buying signals for sales teams. The tool is designed to replace manual research with automated intelligence about when a company is likely to be in a buying window.
The product targets sales development reps and account executives at B2B software companies who spend significant time on prospecting research. By automating signal detection, Bizzy aims to increase the efficiency of outbound sales.
Bizzy is an active member of the Ghent startup community and Wintercircus ecosystem.

- We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager for our team in Ghent. This isn’t a support role. We want someone commercial at heart, who owns a book of business, leads renewal and save calls themselves, and spots where a customer can get more out of Bizzy. What makes it different: our CS team works AI native. Claude is connected to HubSpot, Mixpanel, Hyperline and Modjo, and it prepares business reviews, renewal calls and handovers. Your time goes to the conversation with the customer, not the digging. Fluent Dutch and English,
- How do you build a commercial team without raising money? 👀 You make customers so happy that they fund it. That’s been the plan at daidalo since day one. 30+ recruitment agencies now use us to get more placements out of their own data, and their revenue is paying for the next phase: Very excited to announce that Nicolas Flanagan joins daidalo as Account Executive! ⚡ I’ve known Nico since his days at delaware BeLux and Bizzy. This time, the timing was right. The product is ready, agencies are asking for it faster than we can have
- For years, building a lead list meant ticking boxes. Country. Sector. Company size. Job title. Export. Send. The filters were basic, so the lists were broad. And because the lists were broad, the playbook was volume: more contacts, more sequences, more dials. If 1% replied, you just needed a bigger list. That math is breaking. Inboxes filter harder, buyers ignore anything that looks generic, and blasting thousands of mails to get a handful of replies burns your domain and your brand. At the same time, AI changed what a filter can be.
- I think the cold lead list, the way most teams still build it today, will be gone from the sales week within the next year. For a long time, a list of companies in the right sector, at roughly the right size, was the best a sales team had. You called down it and hoped you'd reach someone at the right moment. That right moment is getting much easier to see. A company that posts vacancies, opens a new location or visits your website is telling you itself that something is moving. It only works if the data underneath is right,
- We’ve been working hard on bringing company and legal entity information back together on one page in Bizzy. In the past, we haven’t always tested enough with our users. So this time we did a lot of feedback calls to get it right. Today I was thinking: how can we double check this with more users before we launch? So I built a user test in Lovable. Took me literally 30 minutes. Users get a few tasks to complete and some questions along the way. Afterwards I can see what they did right or wrong and watch the full recording of how they
