Noels co-founded NGDATA in Ghent alongside Jurgen Ingels and Luc Burgelman. The company built Lily, a real-time customer data and AI personalization platform primarily serving large banks, telecoms, and utilities across Europe and North America. NGDATA raised $89M in total funding and represents an earlier generation of Belgian Enterprise AI infrastructure companies.

- It's been a long while since I posted about the e-invoicing adoption in Belgium, which probably deserves an explanation by itself.
