Thibaut Nguyen

Overview

Thibaut Nguyen is Chief Technology Officer at Poppy Mobility, based in Brussels. He joined the company as founding CTO in September 2019.

Before that he spent several years at Showpad, where he was lead front-end developer from 2016 to 2018 and a team coach from January 2017 to July 2019. He worked as a software developer at Instaply between June 2014 and July 2016, and founded ManBox, which he ran from 2013 until January 2014. Earlier he was a senior software developer at Vente-Exclusive.com from 2010 to 2013, a .NET developer at the Autorité des Marchés Financiers from May 2009 to May 2010, a SharePoint developer at UCB in early 2009, and a .NET and SharePoint consultant at Logica from November 2008. From October 2005 to October 2008 he was product development manager at Sherweb Inc., after an analysis and development assistantship at LENTIC and two years as a web developer at Fede.

Nguyen studied IT management at HEC Liège from 2003 to 2005, following a bachelor's degree in social sciences and economics at the University of Liège.
