- We are delighted to welcome Chiara Bruno to our team as a human factors specialist! With her master’s degree in cognitive neuroscience from University of Liège, Chiara will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective to our customers' projects.
- Coupling light from a telescope into a single-mode fibre leaves very little room for error: the fibre core is only a few micrometres wide. Guillaume Brankart automated that alignment in his Master’s thesis at AMOS, after his Aerospace Engineering studies at University of Liège. He now brings this engineering background to a different question: what U.S. manufacturers need from femtosecond laser micromachining. He joins LASEA through the Explort+ programme of Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX), and will be based at our U.S.
