We're working on something new: The ImmuneWatch Analyser
Ideal for those doing immunomonitoring with TCR repertoires.
The idea of this product came from our service work for biopharma and academia. In the past 2 years we've crunched many datasets where the main question was: which of these TCR clonotypes are associated to my therapy?
Our workflow was always the same:
1) Cluster TCR clonotypes across time points and patients and see what clusters of clonotypes emerge after therapy.
➡️ For this we used ImmuneWatch ClusTCR.
2) Characterise these TCR clonotypes in-depth by annotating their specificity. ➡️ For this we used ImmuneWatch DETECT.
Because doing the same thing over and over again is boring, we decided to automate some of these steps which slowly formed a new software product. We've been using this product internally for > 6 months to analyse longitudinal TCR repertoires and feel like it's getting close to a product that an external user could also use.
