I'll be honest: When I started my own AI x biology company this was not on my "expectations list" QIAGEN put us on their homepage (!) to show how we use machine learning to get more insight out of T-cell receptor repertoires: https://lnkd.in/epRGBjAT Now we teamed up with them and together we want to do the same thing with your samples! We are funding the full TCR sequencing and analysis workflow, free, for up to 4 projects this round. 2 academic and 2 biopharma. QIAGEN covers the RNA extraction, the bulk TCR-seq library prep kit and the sequencing itself. We at ImmuneWatch take it from there with clonotype clustering, antigen annotations and the full repertoire analysis. For those outside this corner of immunology: getting from a sample to a real answer about what your T cells are responding to, can be a daunting task stitching together several wet-lab technologies.
