Unpopular opinion from someone who sells data to restaurants:
Most restaurant chains don't need more data. They need to act on the data they already ignore.
I've seen chains buy more dashboards, while their operators ignore all data they already have.
The dashboard isn't the problem. The habit of informing and motivating operators is.
Data is brilliant at one thing here: removing the excuse. When 400 reviews a month become one clear weekly summary per location with specific tasks assigned, "we didn't have time to read them" stops working.
Buy tools that change organization-wide behavior. Skip the ones that just make prettier reports.
