For a while we have been transferring more and more of my management tasks toward other people at Agoya, so I can dedicate more time to our clients and the delivery at our clients.
Due to that I often tended to respond with 'you should ask big boss Tineke for that, not me' as we manage the company as equals, both within our area of strength.
Now with the rebranding we ordered new business cards, nothing odd except that the delivery guy did ask if the name was correct... Thanks Cyriel Cnockaert.
Happy to be the "small boss" here!
