Op 10 september sta ik op Data Expo in Utrecht om te vertellen hoe we een hybrid cloud platform hebben opgezet bij het Belgische NEO - National Employment Office, binnen de strenge regelgeving die geldt omtrent het werken met sociale zekerheidsdata.
Het doel van ons platform is om werkloosheidsdata vooral in te zetten voor secondary use. Dit betekent fraude beter opsporen, nationale statistieken genereren, en strategische beslissingen onderbouwen.
Ik vertel wat de aanleiding was om dit platform te bouwen, hoe het er nu uitziet om volledig te voldoen aan alle regelgevingen, en hoe we de adoptie binnen de organisatie hebben aangepakt.
