Four years ago, this was a side-gig idea at our kitchen table, combining my experience in delivering innovation projects and deep knowledge of the data domain with Tineke's knowledge of how to properly manage human potential.
I've always believed that managing the humans to whom you give the new solution is far more important than managing the technology itself. That combination sounded ideal to help smaller companies move forward in their data journeys.
Fast forward, saying yes to different opportunities than just advisory, that side-gig grew into a consultancy employing about 20 people, with offices in 3 countries and 2 continents.
Looking forward to the next phase: building on the same belief we started with, just with a lot more hands to prove it right.
