"Quality is a shared responsibility."
We say it a lot. But it’s not present a lot in many organizations.
So how do we get from proclaiming that quality should be a shared responsibility, to it actually being a shared responsibility?
We’ve got 4 suggestions:
1️⃣ Break down silos.
2️⃣ Share knowledge, not just procedures.
3️⃣ Train for application, not just information.
4️⃣ Recognize the people who do it well.
None of this is a hidden trick or voodoo magic. Honestly, it’s probably simpler than you were expecting. It's just consistency from the people already championing quality.
What's one way your team makes quality feel like everyone's job, not just QA's? 👇
