Carbon numbers are turning up in client tenders and annual reports. Most kitchens still compile them by hand, once a quarter, in a spreadsheet.
We've connected Klimato into Apicbase.
Klimato runs a food emissions engine that F&B teams use to measure and report the footprint of what they serve.
Apicbase now sends recipe and ingredient data to Klimato every hour.
When a chef reworks a dish, the emissions figure follows the recipe instead of waiting for someone to re-export it. The same data reaches purchase records and ESG dashboards, so the footprint is there while decisions are still being made, in the systems kitchens and buyers already work in.
The next tender that asks for a carbon figure becomes just a lookup.
