Overview
Founded in 2017 in Antwerp, Aloxy develops IoT hardware and software for industrial environments, with a specific focus on the petrochemical and chemical industry clusters in the port of Antwerp. The company provides wireless sensor networks and connectivity infrastructure that enable real-time monitoring of industrial assets such as valves, pipes, and process equipment in environments where wired connectivity is impractical or expensive.
As an imec.istart alumni company, Aloxy has roots in the Flemish deep tech ecosystem and benefited from imec's research infrastructure and network. The petrochemical focus is strategically significant given Antwerp's position as one of Europe's largest chemical industry hubs.
