Overview

Founded in 2018 by Zhong Xu and Jan Hollez, Deliverect solves a core operational problem for restaurants: managing orders from multiple delivery platforms through a single integration layer. Instead of manually juggling tablets for each delivery app, restaurant staff see all incoming orders in one place, synchronized with their existing POS system.

The company grew rapidly during the COVID-19 period as food delivery volumes accelerated globally. It achieved Unicorn status and now operates across dozens of countries, serving restaurant chains, ghost kitchens, and hospitality groups. Total funding raised stands at $332M.

In December 2024, Deliverect acquired Tabesto, a French self-ordering kiosk company, extending its platform from delivery channel management into in-venue ordering.

Deliverect is headquartered in Ghent and represents one of the city's most significant startup success stories alongside TechWolf and Showpad.
