EVS builds hardware and software for live video production. The company listed on Euronext Brussels in October 1998, at EUR 14.80 per share for a valuation of EUR 204 million. Revenue in 2025 was EUR 208.1 million, up 5.1%, with EBIT of EUR 43.3 million, net profit of EUR 38.6 million and 792 full-time equivalents at year end. First-half 2026 revenue was EUR 107.2 million. Shareholders approved shortening the legal name from EVS Broadcast Equipment S.A. to EVS on 8 June 2026.
