Serge Van Herck has been CEO since 2019 and Johan Deschuyffeleer chairs the board. Revenue in 2025 was EUR 208.1 million, up 5.1%, with EBIT of EUR 43.3 million, net profit of EUR 38.6 million and 792 full-time equivalents at year end. First-half 2026 revenue was EUR 107.2 million. Shareholders approved shortening the legal name from EVS Broadcast Equipment S.A. to EVS on 8 June 2026.
