Overview

Exhibitly was founded in 2025 in Ghent by Hendrik Franck and Brent Coppens after two pivots from their previous venture ReadyEvent, a project management tool for event planners built inside the Start it @KBC accelerator. The product plugs into an event website and produces a tailored "why attend" landing page within about ten seconds, surfacing the exhibitors, sessions, and content most relevant to each visitor. The company reports that around 30% of users routed through the personalised page click through to registration, which it claims is 10 to 20 times higher than traditional event sites.

In its first nine months the startup signed 114 events from organisers including Informa, Easyfairs, the Hyve Group, and the Dubai World Trade Centre, serving customers across the United Kingdom, the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia from its Wintercircus base in Ghent.

In May 2026 Exhibitly closed a EUR 1.4M pre-seed round led by NewSchool.vc, with participation from 100IN and Allusion Ventures, plus angel investors including Louis Jonckheere, Jeroen De Wit, Pieter Vanermen, Tanguy Serraes, Piet van Waes, Bernard Rossel, Stefaan Rossel, Matthias Stevens, Jürgen Degrande, Wim Vernaeve, and Arthur Stockman. The company plans to grow from three to seven people and to expand both product and commercial coverage, targeting more than 1,000 events worldwide by end of 2027 and a second product aimed at the roughly 4.5 million companies that exhibit annually.
