Andreas Geamanu is co-founder and CEO of Introw, a partner relationship management company based in Ghent. He started the company in 2023 with Laurens Lavaert, chief technology officer, and Simon Van Den Hende, chief product officer and head of AI. The three built Introw inside StarApps, a startup studio set up by Lorenz Bogaert, Toon Coppens, Nicolas Van Eenaeme and Vincent Verlee. It integrates with systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and Microsoft Teams, and covers deal and lead registration, partner onboarding and tiering, commissions, content enablement, partner training and marketing development funds. In October 2023 the company raised 1 million euro in a round led by Pitchdrive, with angel investment from Pieterjan Bouten, Ewout Meyns and Dieter De Mesmaeker. It became a HubSpot Certified App Partner in December 2024. On 13 November 2025 it announced a 3 million dollar round led by Visionaries Club, with Pitchdrive taking part again. Over that year the team grew from 4 to 15 people and revenue quadrupled. The company works from Dok-Noord in Ghent and has an office in New York. The 2025 round is being spent on sales and marketing in the United States and on the AI product roadmap.
