Overview
Andres De Jonge co-founded Driven alongside Tom De Kooning and Ludovic Diercxsens. The company builds an AI-Native platform that automates and personalizes sales compensation management, connecting directly to CRM systems to deliver real-time targets, transparent incentives, and performance insights.
In September 2025, Driven raised EUR 1.5M in seed funding led by Pitchdrive, with additional backing from NewSchool and a network of Belgian SaaS founders. The investment confirms Andres and the Driven team's connection to the Netlog/Rydoo/StarApps founder orbit that backs Pitchdrive.
Andres serves as CTO, handling the technical architecture and platform development for what is positioned as a replacement for complex Excel-based commission tracking that burdens sales operations teams in growing companies.

- Off The Radar” was all about getting ON the radar. The biggest names in AI flew to Brussels to share where this is all heading.
