Customers named at the time included BILL, Drata, 11x and Principal Group. The money was earmarked for engineering, product, partnerships and go-to-market hiring and for building large language models into the platform. In September 2021 he had brought in Tom Schouteden as chief operating officer and board member, describing him as a long-standing investor in the business.
