I’m much better at spotting what still needs work than at celebrating what is already there. So seeing myCareerCompanion nominated for HRtech Startup of the Year was a good reminder to pause for a second. We are still building, improving and regularly trying to squeeze far too much into one week. But there is also a real product, real usage and a lot of work behind what we are creating.
