Closer of skill gaps through Brigid.app
Coming from my background as Agile Coach, I often see the same thing happening: we see a successful picture like the Spotify Framework, SAFe, Scrum and I could keep going for a while. In itself these pictures are amazing, so we spend insane amounts of time trying to make this picture work, while actually we should have our company moving towards something that works for us that may or may not be based on this picture but doesn't look at it as the final goal.
The same is true with data that comes back from assessments of skills. These pictures are amazing by themselves, but as soon as we book 1 course, perform 1 point of action or even hire 1 new employee, these pictures are no longer the truth. To keep up with it, we need to keep track of our evolution. Enter Brigid!
