How long would it take your organisation to notice that a trade corridor is degrading?
I keep returning to that question, because Europe's border stopped being a physical checkpoint this year and became a data system. ICS1 is gone. De minimis ended in July. Stricter Entry Summary Declaration screening lands in September. The queue moved upstream, into the message layer.
Most operators hold four true fragments of that picture, in four systems, owned by four parties. None holds the joined one — and much of the analytics over it runs on infrastructure governed outside Europe.
I've written up how we think about it. Curious where you land.
