Overview

Hello Customer builds a voice of customer platform that collects feedback from surveys, reviews, calls and chats and analyses it with AI. The platform is hosted in the EU and carries ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Named customers include Luminus, Securitas, Holland and Barrett, SFR, Eneco, Helan, Toyota Financial Services, Norauto and Visit Bruges. The company was founded in 2015 in Ghent by Leslie Cottenje, Bram De Vos and Joeri Pansaerts. Ghent remains the headquarters, with offices in Paris and Valencia and a team of more than twenty people. In May 2020 it raised 6 million euros from Senovo and Peak, for proactive analytics technology and international expansion, bringing the total to 8 million euros. Cottenjé was CEO for eight years and left in 2023 after a three-month sabbatical. Bram De Vos, until then chairman of the board, took over as CEO. Cottenjé remains a co-founder and shareholder.
