Overview
SpeakSoon is a B2B sales platform for teams that use events and trade fairs as a sales channel. During an event, users send a business card photo, badge photo, voice note, handwritten note, text or LinkedIn screenshot to SpeakSoon via WhatsApp. The platform then researches the contact, organises the conversation context, drafts follow-up messages and syncs the result to the team's CRM. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Attio, Pipedrive and Teamleader, and reports pipeline results per event. Pricing is based on annual lead volume rather than seats, in four tiers: Startup, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Customers named by the company include Keyloop, Sightera Biosciences, Wiggli, RankScale, Commons Hub Brussels, Optiriver, Allorado, Seven Events, CareMore, Podcast for Talent and Sales Met Inzicht. The company lists 2025 as its founding year. The legal entity SpeakSoon BV was registered on 24 February 2026 at Grotehondstraat 44 in Antwerp (The Beacon), with Mille Mertens Polak and Milan Meurrens as directors. Mille Mertens-Polak is co-founder; Milan Meurrens works on product. The team counts 2-10 people, including full stack engineer Jeroen Dierckx and Gilberto Decroos in sales. SpeakSoon joined the Start it @KBC Accelerate 2025 cohort and is supported by VLAIO, Coformaco and an ElevenLabs Startup Grant. In November 2025 the product was stress tested at the Tectonic event, capturing 36 contacts in one day. The product was built on Lovable, where the company ranked in the top 1% in 2025.

- Proud to welcome Go Ocean as a new SpeakSoon customer! They have a beautiful mission: restoring coastlines and marine ecosystems worldwide, from coral reefs and seagrass meadows to mangroves and oyster reefs. It’s a privilege to support this team. Building the partnerships that make this work possible starts with real conversations at network events, conferences and fairs, where a good talk is easy to start and just as easy to lose track of. That’s where we come in. The team can now capture everyone they meet on the spot through
- It's never been easier to sell at events. SpeakSoon helps teams to sell better, and to make more money. We were at Odoo Experience, showcasing some of the newest hot features we're working on to make in-person a more effective channel. SpeakSoon was already great at capturing who you meet at every single event you go to. Soon, based on your unique profile, we'll recommend which other events you should go to to meet more of the same people. This event was a success for you? There are 2 more in the month you absolutely need to
- How do you respond to an investor that asks about revenue, if you're an early stage startup? You show them growth. Evolution. Progress. If there's anything I've learned from raising while SpeakSoon was growing it's that commercial revenue still matters a lot. Even the VCs that position themselves as "very early stage" still often expect pretty strong revenue numbers imo. (100K signed ARR seems to be a common expectation) And that's fair! The best way to really gauge from a distance if a startup has validated their business &
- Odoo, Odoo, Odoo, Odoo,... you guys are everywhere. Tons of people use Odoo, but hardly any of them remember who they met at events and what they spoke about. Using conferences, trade fairs and networking events as a sales channel is a good move. Not having a system to prep, capture every lead, and follow up, is a bad move. SpeakSoon integration with Odoo is live! We've got sales teams onboard that use SpeakSoon at all their conferences through WhatsApp, to never again lose that one crucial lead and the context of their
- Super proud to welcome Spott as a new SpeakSoon customer. Spott is one of the fastest-growing software companies from the Belgian ecosystem, and it’s a privilege to have them on board. Wonderful to see their ambitions and rapid international expansion. As their event season kicks off, Spott is out building new relationships with recruitment agency owners and operators, at conferences, workshops and on the expo floor. It’s the best place to start building those relationships. It’s also where it’s easiest to lose who you

- Sometimes we act like football hooligans at events. Team was on fire last week at Odoo Experience! We met dozens of teams that came to OXP '26 to network, to learn, and to see what's new & hot in the tech space. Surprised by the sheer size of this event and how many people really value heading to in-person events to build new relationships. Many coffees were had, many leads were captured, and of course we showcased our integration with Odoo! "Every person you meet, straight into your Odoo" is the slogan Gilberto & Mille were rocking
