My prediction: in the very near future, we’ll all want one interface to run our businesses.
This morning in the RecWired Growth community, some of the best recruitment founders in the UK have been sharing how they’re using AI to improve their workflows and daily routines. Everything from morning briefs to evening debriefs that flag missed messages and outstanding actions.
I’m already trying to work through ChatGPT, using my voice to understand what’s happening and decide what to do next. I have Claude too, so don’t judge.
My world spans an AI business, rec2rec, a founder community, and podcasting and events. All serving recruitment founders and RecTech companies. Sales, customer success, finances, partnerships and content. Plenty of overlap, but plenty to join up.
The information sits across QuickBooks, HubSpot, Spott, Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, ORCA IQ, CoRecruit, SourceWhale and marketing tools I don’t even have a proper grip on yet.
I’m talking through emails, sales opportunities and customer updates. Who’s progressing? Who’s gone quiet? What have we promised? Where do I need to get involved? I challenge the answers, add what I know and work through the actions for the team.
I’ve never disliked detail. I just need concise information I can question rather than numbers on a page. Next, I want the same across our media. What’s holding attention? What drives enquiries and event bookings? What should we clip next, and why?
There’s still plenty to connect. But I know how I want to work: one conversation, using my voice, with the information available when I need it. Will that interface belong to ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn, an ATS or someone else?
Follow me for a look behind the scenes as I build, test and break things in real time. Our next RSP Live is in London on 18 March 2027: The Intelligence War. Who will own the future of recruitment tech?
What are you doing with AI that actually makes your working day better? Any useful connections, routines or tips we should try?
